Decolonial somatic spaces for when your body is tired of carrying it alone.
If you’re holding more than your body was ever meant to carry: grief, rage, numbness, hyper‑vigilance, tenderness, there is nothing wrong with you.
Here, your sensations and emotions are understood as wise responses to a world shaped by racism, colonialism, transphobia, ableism, and ongoing crisis, not as personal failures.
Is this space for you?
You might find yourself feeling anger, sadness, or overwhelm from the news cycle, climate crisis, or the everyday accumulation of micro‑ and macro‑aggressions.
Or moving through the world as a woman, LGBTQIA+, trans, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, or otherwise marginalized person, and rarely see your full reality named in wellness spaces.
Perhaps longing for a space where your body isn’t corrected, compared, or pathologized, but listened to and honored.
Or simply seeking support that acknowledges systemic harm and doesn’t ask you to simply “cope better” with injustice.
If any of this feels familiar in your body, there is space for you here.

Decolonial Somatic
Care
Your body has been adapting to difficult conditions for a long time. Decolonial somatic care trusts your nervous system’s wisdom and names the systems: colonialism, white supremacy, patriarchy, ableism, classism, so you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Here, your cultural, spiritual, and ancestral ways of knowing are honored as central, not “extra.” We move at the natural rhythm of your body.
Every session is guided by consent, collaboration, and your moment‑to‑moment felt sensations because we know that you are the expert of your body.
How We’ll Work Together
We begin with a gentle conversation to feel for fit, talk about what you’re carrying, and explore what kind of support feels right for you. Pricing uses a sliding scale that acknowledges systemic inequalities, without requiring proof.
You can start by reading, reflecting, and letting your body respond at its own pace. Explore articles, gentle practices, and an introduction to dance movement therapy.
